How it works

Tell us what it's doing
Call or email a short description — "won't turn on", "screen cracked", "takes ten minutes to open Outlook". Model and rough age help but aren't essential.

We collect it
We arrange collection from homes and offices anywhere in Lake County. Business collection is free; home collection details are confirmed when we reply. Every machine is recorded by serial number.

Diagnosis, then a written quote
Diagnosis is free. You get a fixed price for the repair before any work starts, and if the machine isn't worth repairing we tell you that instead — along with what it's worth to you as a trade-in or a recycling job.

Approve, and we fix it
No surprises on the invoice. If we find something else once it's open, work stops and you get a revised quote. Typical turnaround is two to three business days once parts are in hand.

Delivered and, if you want, set back up at the desk it came from.
If it isn't worth fixing, we'll say so
A $260 repair on a machine worth $180 is a bad trade, and you should hear that from the person doing the work rather than find out later. When the numbers don't justify the repair we say so, and you have three options that don't involve paying us for it.
You can sell it to us for parts value, put the money toward a refurbished replacement, or have us recycle it with a data destruction certificate. Free diagnosis means finding that out costs you nothing.
Your data doesn't go anywhere
A repair means your files pass through our hands, and we treat that the same way we treat a drive bound for destruction. Machines are worked on individually, kept secured, and never handed to a third party.
If a repair requires replacing a drive, the old one is sanitized to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 standards or physically destroyed — your choice — and you get the certificate for it. It doesn't quietly end up in a parts bin with your files still on it.
A note on old machines and Windows 10: support ended in October 2025, which means no more security updates. If you're running an office full of machines that can't take Windows 11, that's a security problem rather than a performance one, and repairing them individually may be throwing good money after bad. Ask us to look at the fleet rather than the one machine — sometimes the right answer is refurbished replacements and a recycling pickup for the rest.
