Rather than selling you whatever happens to be on a shelf, we find the specification you asked for. Tell us the budget and the job it has to do, and we'll come back with what's available and what it costs — delivered, set up, and warranted.
Why sourced to order
A shop with a shelf full of stock has to sell you what's on the shelf. We'd rather ask what you need first — because a receptionist running one browser and a spreadsheet needs a completely different machine from someone in CAD all day, and paying for the second when you needed the first is the most common way businesses waste money on hardware.
Turnaround is usually a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the specification. For anything urgent, say so — sometimes we have exactly the thing already on the bench.
What we typically supply
- Everyday office — 14" business laptop, current-generation i5 or Ryzen 5, 16GB, 512GB SSD. Handles Office, browsers, Teams, and a couple of line-of-business apps without complaint.
- Light duty — a generation or two older, 8–16GB. Front desk, shared machines, kiosks.
- Heavier work — i7, 32GB, larger storage, for design, engineering or data work.
- Desktops and small form factor — where a machine never leaves a desk and you'd rather not pay for a battery.
What every machine gets before it leaves

The drive is sanitized, not just reformatted
Every drive is wiped to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 Purge standards before Windows goes on. Nothing from the previous owner survives that, which matters as much to you as it did to them.

Clean Windows, activated, nothing added
A fresh install with the manufacturer's drivers. No trial antivirus, no toolbars, no software we were paid to include.

Tested, including the battery
Battery health is measured and reported rather than described as "good". If it's below par it gets replaced, or the price reflects it and you're told which.

Set up at the desk
Delivered anywhere in Lake County. If you want it joined to your network, printers added and files moved across from the old machine, that's included for local business orders.

Warranted, and the old one taken away
Every machine carries a warranty against hardware failure — call us and we'll deal with it. Whatever it replaced can go out on the same visit for free recycling, with a certificate.
If you're replacing Windows 10 machines, mention it. Support ended in October 2025, so those machines stopped receiving security updates. Refurbished business hardware from a generation or two later runs Windows 11 properly and costs a fraction of new — and we can quote the replacements and the recycling of the old fleet as one job.
Buying for a business
Invoiced with net terms if you'd rather not put hardware on a card. Quotes are itemized by machine and hold for 30 days, which is usually enough to get a purchase approved.
Buying one for yourself
That's fine too. Local pickup or delivery, same testing and same warranty — just without the invoicing and the desk setup.
