It costs you nothing
Pickups of five or more devices are free anywhere in Lake County. We make our money refurbishing and reselling what still works — so the equipment is the payment.
Serving Lake County & eastern Cuyahoga
We pick up retired computers and office electronics from Lake County businesses, wipe every drive to federal sanitization standards, and hand you a certificate listing each serial number. Five devices or five hundred.

Why this is harder than it should be
The national IT disposal companies are built for fifty-device contracts and multi-site rollouts. If you have eight laptops and two old servers, you are too small to be worth their truck — and the machines sit in a closet for another two years because nobody wants to be the person who threw out a computer with client files on it.
That is the entire reason this business exists. We are local, we are small, and eight laptops is a good day for us. You get a real person who answers the phone and shows up when they said they would.

Drives are pulled and sanitized before anything is refurbished or resold. Nothing leaves our bench with a previous owner's data on it, and you get documentation proving it.
Business-class hardware has years left in it. We refurbish what we can and route genuine scrap to a downstream recycler rather than a landfill.
Service area
We are based in Lake County and cover the whole county plus the nearby eastern suburbs. If you are just outside this list, call anyway — if it is a reasonable drive, we will come.
Household items? We focus on business equipment, so we are not the right fit for a single old TV or printer from home. The Lake County Solid Waste District runs collection options for residents — that is the better route, and it is free. See what we do and don't take.
Common questions
For business pickups of five or more devices in our service area, yes. There is no fee and no minimum value. We recover our costs by refurbishing and reselling the equipment that still has life in it.
A few items cost money to dispose of responsibly — CRT monitors and televisions especially — so we do not accept those. That is what keeps the rest free.
Drives are pulled at intake and sanitized to the NIST SP 800-88 standard before the machine is touched for anything else. Any drive that fails sanitization is physically destroyed rather than resold. You receive a certificate listing every serial number and what was done to it.
No. A rough count and a general description is plenty — "about ten laptops and a couple of desktops" is a fine answer. Sorting it out is our job.
Good — most of it does. Business-class hardware is usually retired long before it stops being useful. Working machines get refurbished and resold, which is exactly what makes the pickup free for you.
Not at the moment. We are pickup-only, which means we come to your location on a scheduled window. For most offices that is easier anyway — nobody has to load a car.
Usually within a week of your request, and often sooner. If you are on a deadline — an office move or a lease ending — say so when you call and we will work around it.
Tell us roughly what you have. We will confirm a pickup window, usually within a week.
