Most offices put this off for years, not because it is expensive but because nobody wants to own the decision. The equipment might have client data on it. Somebody heard you cannot just throw computers away. So it sits.

Our job is to make that a fifteen-minute problem. You tell us roughly what you have, we confirm a window, we load it, and you get documentation showing every drive was handled properly. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.

What it costs

Nothing, for qualifying business pickups in our service area. We are not a charity about it — the arrangement works because the equipment that still has life in it gets refurbished and resold. That revenue is what pays for the truck, the labor, and the responsible disposal of the parts nobody wants.

It also means there are a few things we cannot take for free, because they cost real money to dispose of. The full list is here, but the short version is: no CRT monitors, no televisions, no appliances.
